Dates
This spring we offer different types of retreats. Each week will focus on one of the following themes
Week 19: May 3rd to May 9th
Yoga Week (English) A relaxing escape where you rebalance your body and mind through daily yoga sessions and meditation.
Week 22: May 24th to May 29th
Energy Week Work with energy, feel blockages flow away, and experience strength in body and mind.
Week 23: May 31st to June 6th Week 24: June 7th to June 13th
Hiking Week Connect with nature and yourself during hikes and reflection moments.
Week 24: June 7th to June 13th
Human Design Week Get to know yourself on a deeper level and discover how to make choices from your design that amplify your energy.

Accommodation and facilities
Accommodation:
- Glamping tents (3-person tents) including: beds, linens, lighting, and basic comfort
- Option: 2-person tent or own tent at an additional cost (subject to availability)
- Sanitary facilities: shared showers and toilets nearby
Facilities on location:
- Spacious terrace for communal meals or group moments
- Podium in nature, ideal for yoga, meditation, sharing circles, or ceremonies
- Fully equipped kitchen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Possibility for indoor or sheltered locations in bad weather
- Spacious, quiet environment in the middle of nature
