A week to unwind, reconnect with yourself, and gain clarity in your work and energy. During this retreat, you combine daily yoga, meditation, and reflection with nourishing meals and quiet moments in the peaceful nature of the Algarve,

From sunday afternoon 2 May 2026 to Saturday morning 9 May 2026,

• 7 days and 6 nights in a natural eco-landscape surrounded by the Portuguese mountains

• Daily yoga and breathwork sessions (1–2 per day, all levels)
– Morning: gentle, grounding start
– Evening: restorative practice to unwind

• Meditation, breathwork, and deep relaxation (including Yoga Nidra)

• Reflection exercises and creative moments to gain insight into work & well-being

• Free mornings between breakfast and lunch for work, reading, rest, or walking

• Healthy vegetarian meals (breakfast & dinner), prepared with local ingredients whenever possible

• Nature time and space for creativity, rest, or inspiration

• Accommodation in atmospheric glamping tents at Orange Eco Land in Alferce

• Personal guidance throughout the entire week

• Workbook and materials to support you during and after the retreat

Accomodation

A natural, peaceful sanctuary in the hills of Alferce, ideal for slowing down, gaining clarity, and enjoying simple, grounding beauty.

• Outdoor yoga deck
• Spacious terraces for shared meals and connection
• Indoor or sheltered practice options
• Quiet corners for stillness, creativity, and nature

• Glamping tents (3–4 persons) with beds and lighting
• Optional: 2-person tent or private tent (limited availability, extra fee)
• Shared showers and toilets

*Cancellation within the last 2 weeks before the start date will incur a 15% fee. Cancellation one week before the start date will incur a 50% fee. Cancellation within 24 hours of the start date requires payment of the full price. You are always welcome to transfer your spot to someone else at no extra cost.
